Return Policy

5x3 will gladly accept returns/exchanges on items that are damaged or do not fit within 14 days of receipt.

No items will be accepted for return if visibly worn, washed or stained. Merchandise must be in new condition.

All sales of gift cards, decals, pre-order and sale items are final.

For a refund, please include the original packing slip or a printed copy of your emailed receipt. If shipping hats, please use original packaging to prevent damage in shipping.

Shipping costs not reimbursed for returned items.
